Japanese / Chinese Steaming Cloth, 50cm x 50cm.
Perfect for steaming dim sum, dumplings, Chinese bun, Nikuman, Shumai and vegetables.
Easy to use steaming cloth allows the steam to cook the food properly, but stops the food sticking - which often happens when using bamboo steamers.
Simply place the cloth covering the bottom of the steamer and held in place by the steamer lid on top. When the food is cooked just lift out the cloth taking all the food with it.
The cloth is made from 100% cotton. White colour. Simple but effective.
