Simple and very effective fish barbecue. Uses charcoal. Can carry quite a large fish. Aluminium. Note: this is not meant for dry barbecue - the fish is cooked in a surrounding stock or water placed in the fish shaped plate, like a soup.
Base size: 30cm long x 12cm wide x 9cm high.
Fish plate for cooking: 39cm long x 18cm wide x 4cm deep.
Caution: gets very hot - Can burn worktops so place on heat resistant surface if using indoors (though Thai restaurants often use them at the table), or perfect for outdoor cooking.
